At Preferred Auto Dealerships, the safety, health, and well-being of our customers and employees is a top priority, especially as the nation faces the current COVID-19 situation. We follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health agencies/government very closely. We strive to navigate these challenging times with everyone's safety in mind. To achieve this goal, we have implemented precautionary procedures designed to protect our customers and employees - and to help ensure that all our dealerships remain open for your convenience. We have a dedicated cleaning crew with a core focus on sanitation efforts. Our personnel are using proper personal hygiene, including frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, and social distancing.

To make the car buying process as convenient as possible for our customers, if you are not comfortable visiting one of our dealerships in person, we are prepared to do everything remotely via phone calls, texts, video, and emails. You may request that we send videos, photos, and other forms of information so that you will have the peace of mind you need to consider your options. If you live within 20 miles of one of our dealerships, we will bring a vehicle to you to test drive. We will also deliver sold vehicles for free within 50 miles of one of our dealerships.
